  • Innocence is the part of us that believes in life

Innocence is the part of us that believes in life, in ourselves, and in others. And it is the enthusiasm with which we begin a relationship, a journey, a job. – If you do not return as children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven Jesus

Inoculation It is activated in childhood when parents love us, protect us, and believe in us and in our potential. Encouraging our efforts to use and develop our skills.

It is the individual before the fall, who remembers the protected world of the mother’s womb. Who has in mind the happiness of the first years of life, which he wants to regain and live in the Earthly Paradise, wherever it is?

Innocence is the part of us that continues to believe no matter what because he has an unshakable belief that the world is a safe place and human beings are good. This trust rewards him by giving him openness, learning ability, and perseverance.

The Innocent, however, tends to deny problems and shy away from conflicts, often isolating himself in a world of fantasy. The Innocent is also absolutist and dualist. He cannot admit his imperfection without being horrified at himself, without falling prey to shame or guilt.

If we deny that we have been wronged, we will not have to rise up in our defense. And also, if we project our aspirations onto others, we won’t be required to change. If we blame others for our mistakes, we will avoid facing ourselves.

And if we internalize others’ violent attitudes, we can continue to self-destruct. When we escape from any challenging situation, we will not have to contend with our sense of inferiority and helplessness.

The Innocent feels very fragile and vulnerable, and as is evident, he tries in every way to defend himself from what he considers a threat to his integrity. But there is another, more mature way of relating to the facts of life.

    The Sacrifice of Innocence

Many myths and legends speak of the Sacrifice of the Innocent, of the Child, of the Virgin. In fact, when we suffer or are afraid because we lose the sense of unity with Mother Earth or with the Spirit, with the family or the community. We are sacrificing our illusion and coming out of the denial of reality.

The great lesson that the Innocent must learn is that one must never abandon one’s ideals and dreams. But that one must also be willing to sacrifice them when they are not authentic. Sometimes it is necessary to make the sacrifice of one’s innocence in order to regain it at a higher level.

  • Inner Balance by Purifying and Energizing the Chakras

Inner Balance by Purifying and Energizing the Chakras

Find the Inner Balance, with the beginning of spring is the ideal time to reorganize and put an order in our homes. This is the perfect time to also take care of our spiritual home and to purify and energize the Chakras. The vernal equinox is in fact the moment in which day and night have approximately the same duration. The weeks preceding this period represent a time of inner balance and rebirth.

An excellent way to regain inner balance is to purify and energize the Chakras. We are made of energy and the Chakras are like invisible centers that allow this energy to circulate freely in our body. When this does not happen, when the Chakras are blocked, the flow of energy is also blocked and our whole being is affected.

All this can be avoided through small daily gestures. Meditation, yoga practice, spending time immersed in nature, not drinking alcohol and eating fruit and vegetables have beneficial effects on all our Chakras.

Then there are small gestures and tricks, which allow you to work with a single Chakra. If you feel the need to purify and energize a specific Chakra, you can use the following exercises.

The first Chakra is the Root Chakra. It is located between the pubis and the coccyx, at the base of the spine. Its main themes are stability, trust and economic security.

A great way to reconnect with Mother Earth is to take a barefoot walk in the grass or on the sand.

The second Chakra is the Sacral Chakra. It is located in the lower part of the belly, a little lower than the navel; governs pleasure and is related to the theme of shame. Water represents a source of cleansing and healing for this Chakra. Taking baths of at least twenty minutes in the sea or with the salts of the Dead Sea allows you to purify it.

The third Chakra is the solar plexus. It is located in the upper abdomen and is connected to self-awareness and self-esteem. A great way to recharge this Chakra is physical movement, especially outside in the early morning sun or in the evening before sunset.

The fourth Chakra is that of the heart, located in the heart area, behind the breastbone. It governs emotions and feelings. When this Chakra is open, it is possible to give and receive love in a healthy way. An optimal way to heal the heart and open it to love is to have a pet and allow oneself to be healed by its unconditional love.

The fifth Chakra is that of the throat which is located in the lower part of the neck. It is connected to the sphere of communication, relationships and the choice to express the truth. To rebalance this Chakra it is useful to sing and read aloud.

The sixth Chakra is the third eye. It is located in the center of the forehead and is related to clarity of vision. Daily meditation can awaken this Chakra.

The seventh Chakra is that of the Crown. It is located above the skull, in the bone of the fontanel. It is connected to the higher self and spirituality. Prayer and meditation are good ways to balance it.

The Chakras govern all areas of your life. When I am in balance, everything is lighter, freer, healthier, and happier.
