  • The strength of female sentiment demands equality

The strength of female sentiment demands equality and finally wants to eliminate the barriers and impositions of a society that has managed to make a part of female identity sick. Yet any heart can suffer and be hurt because many of the things that move between our inner and outer worlds often hurt us.

We must pay attention to those who manage to mask her selfishness and avoid playing the narcissistic interests of those who do not respect others and do not accept any identity that is different.

The strength of female sentiment is a warrior within the soul

Every woman has within her a warrior who never gives up, who fights against adversity, who fights for her dreams, who advances with a firm step, who does not let herself be beaten down by blows, and who does not bend in the face of difficulties of life.

A woman who encloses a warrior is a woman who knows she can always count on herself, who accepts her dark sides, who rises lightly with her dance, who knows how to be aware of the world, which is understood, which she does not have inside. of itself only one color, but a rainbow.

No woman should give up on herself, because there is no warrior in the world who extinguishes her light. Very often we forget to honor our struggle, and we underestimate our efforts.

Yet if we stop and think, we have an infinite number of reasons to surprise ourselves. Precisely for this reason, we should never ignore our interests and we should always make our voices heard to speak our truth.

Because sometimes it is we ourselves who hurt our warrior when we do not say what we think when we abandon ourselves to pain when we let what hurts or angers us to have more and more power over us. As if we were punishing ourselves as if it were an act of inner revenge.

For this, we must let our warrior breathe, and get away from the people who try to subdue her. We have to shout to the whole world that we are here to walk with our heads held high and determined.

When we are able to get rid of most of the emotional garbage that obscures our warrior, we will finally feel invaded by the beauty of her self-love, by revitalizing energy, which will make our souls smile.

  • Woman, I want you beautiful, free, and crazy

Woman, neither submissive nor devoted, I want you beautiful, free, and crazy, this sentence still remains today one of the most beautiful ever pronounced on the female gender. Unfortunately, today it is still necessary to remember this, and we cannot deny that we still have a long way to go so that everyone understands and puts this phrase into practice.

It is not a question of being a man or a woman, but of having respect for the world and for all the people who inhabit it. Let’s leave aside the stereotypes that lead one to think that a woman should only exploit her body, ignore her needs, and sacrifice herself for others until exhaustion.

It is essential to stop feeding the idea of women as a person who must please others, without expectations or personal needs. We have to take back our identity, take off that mask that we sometimes wear alone, and reclaim our right to live our lives as we see fit.

The non-submissive woman, far from domination

As the Spanish writer, Alicia Giménez Bartlett argues – today’s women don’t need anyone to support them. But the truth is that being a woman in a world that sometimes seems tailor-made for men isn’t always easy, because some ideas are rooted within us and cause us to fall into prejudice.

The heroic journey of female life

Men and women are equal in their condition as unique and independent people. Yet patriarchy is present in our society in an infinity of gestures, words, images, values, ideas, and beliefs that fuel the submission of women on a physical and emotional level.

However, today millions of men and women struggle to remind us that equality must not be taken for granted and that it is not granted to everyone. To remind us that it is not our differences that determine who deserves more or less respect, more or less affection.

It cannot be denied, however, that women still carry a huge burden on their shoulders today. A symbolic burden, which legitimizes some speeches and which imposes a meaning on every behavior that a woman assumes.

Living submissive because of the beliefs of a society that has not yet become aware of the enormous daily inequality. The drama of violence against women or the objectification of the female body makes us vulnerable to problems such as extreme anxiety, depression, addictions of various kinds, inability to adapt, etc.

For this reason, the best defense is to generate common feelings, to take on more weight in the outside world. We must stop believing that the only legitimate bond we have is that of the family. No woman should be forced to sacrifice her identity for someone else, not even for the people she loves.

Let’s stop feeling guilty, let’s stop not trusting our worth and our abilities. Let’s stop not giving ourselves time to relax, ignore our feelings, feel obliged to please others, to always be beautiful, to re-enter the prototype of the woman they sold us.

Instead, we seek freedom and personal identity, leaving aside the stereotype of female identity. We do not assume that we have to do certain things, take certain positions, have certain expectations or opinions simply because we were born women. We have to be free, crazy, and beautiful, from the bottom of our hearts, like any man, like any person.

  • Spiritual Healing 5 founding principles

Spiritual Healing Principle, Spiritual Oneness, Faith, Speech, Healing Energy. We can consider them, indicatively, as the five founding principles of spiritual healing.

    The spiritual principle of healing

Healing works from and on a spiritual plane, completely distinct from the ordinary one. In order to heal, one must access this plane. Jesus worked in perfect integration with this plan, which is why healing comes instantaneously from him. But it is not the man Jesus who heals, it is the principle that does it.

Spiritual healing calls this principle – The Christ

Jesus the man is separated from the Christ-principle. However, Jesus the man is historically the individual who has reached the most perfect integration with Christ. It is Jesus himself who affirms it, he does not say that he is the one who heals, but the Christ, or the Son of Man, or your faith. They are all metaphors for the principle of healing, absolute spiritual power.

    Spiritual unity

Healing works from the spiritual plane and can only be activated when there is a spiritual unity when it comes to integration between the individual mind and the Universal Mind. It is at that point that infinite power is conquered because one becomes one with humanity and the universe.

At that point, as Saint Paul says – It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. This is also the meaning of Jesus’ most powerful affirmation, the affirmation that fills every action of him with power, the highest and most radiant affirmation of healing-I Am.

I Am contains every other Divine Word – I am the Man – I am the son – I am the Father – I am the light of the world – I am the true vine – I am the good shepherd – I am the Way, the Truth, the life. I Am states that the consciousness of being is well above the consciousness of the personality. Personality is the surface, being is the essence.

    Faith

It is perhaps the supreme teaching of Jesus the Healer. Only faith allows you to heal. And faith must be developed in those who activate the healing and in those who receive the healing. But faith is not a natural condition, it is an optimal condition that must be achieved with the direct will and direct action of change.

Faith implies breaking with habits and beliefs and implies overcoming sin, errors that obstruct the channels for the reception and understanding of the spiritual plan. Faith is won and lost, but one must never stop looking for it. Because it is the true channel of mental and emotional connection between our individual mind and the Universal Spiritual Mind.

    Word

In silence, faith is sought, with the word it is required and affirmed. The word is a fundamental healing action when it is affirmed in an assertive way – with authority – in a severe way, and above all when it is sought with prayer.

Prayer, or the spiritual word, is affirmed in silence or aloud. it is the main tool to keep the channel of faith always open and clean, which connects the individual mind to the Universal Mind. And it allows us to access the plane where spiritual healing operates.

    Healing Energy

When we reach the spiritual plane, we draw on spiritual energy. Which also from the direct action of Jesus appears as real energy. People touch the cloak of Jesus to receive the energy. When Jesus himself is touched, he feels that a force has come out of him. The very act of placing your hands is a way to channel and release energy from the body.

This healing energy, however, is useful to reiterate, is not found in the body of Jesus. In fact, Jesus heals in different ways, with words, by touching people, at a distance. The energy of healing is the principle of healing, it is the pure, perfect energy of every Good which is the very essence of the universe, of God.

  • Sickness of life, daily and constant dissatisfaction

Sickness of life daily and constant sense of dissatisfaction is a kind of silent disease, never acute but which is always there, inside us. When the Buddha reached enlightenment, the first thing he said was the world is pain. This step is important, and the commitment he took was to free sentient beings from suffering. And people are sentient beings.

We feel pain, unlike rocks and minerals. And hearing implies feeling everything, the phenomena that we can perceive due to the fact that we are made as we are made, and above all to feel good and the bad, the pleasant and the suffering. If the human being did not feel suffering, he would feel nothing.

Buddhists call this the unsatisfactory character of life. Which is something more subtle, widespread, and continuous than normal suffering, which maybe has a very painful explosion and then passes.

    Sickness of life generates anxiety

This long-lasting dissatisfaction generates anxiety for simple things, anxiety in every day only because our life is what it is nothing more. We are always missing something.

We lack social and work affirmation
    A romantic relationship
    The esteem of our friends
    The courage to do
The wisdom of not making bad choices
    We lack self-esteem

These are thoughts of a suffering person who is withdrawing more and more into himself, increasing his self-centeredness without realizing it. And egocentrism accentuates the sense of lack and therefore the unsatisfactory nature of life.

There is a problem with ourselves, with what we believe it to be. Every time we widen the boundary between ourselves and others, self-centeredness increases and with it the sense of dissatisfaction, hence the onset of chronic anxiety.

The boundary between ourselves and that of others is actually a boundary drawn like the one in geographical maps. If you physically go to that border you will not see any lines separating it.

There is nothing on the ground that makes it clear where one state begins and another begins, they share the same land, the same vegetation, the same grass. They share the same experience because it is the same land, it is a single land.

Borders are useful conventions, there are no such sharp borders in relationships between people. And self-centeredness creates the illusion of clear boundaries between us and others.

  • Impermanence is the key to understanding anguish

Impermanence is a relational and relative concept, it provides relationships between all phenomena and therefore these are relativized. It is not the testimony of a static world, but of a world in transformation and even death is then a phase of this process of transformation.

Unfortunately, people in this particular historical period, that of the contemporary world, are not used to thinking in terms of impermanence. So they are absolutely unable to accept it. This creates great emotional friction, great inner suffering which is precisely the anxiety of living.

The first form of impermanence we reject is ours

That is our end, and from here it is all a game to go down to all the little everyday things. A distinctive element of existence is not accepted, that things change and cease, this is impermanence. A distinctive element of life such as oxygen for the atmosphere, without impermanence there would be no existence because a fundamental ingredient of existence is changing.

Some may ask why impermanence and not transience?

Generally, Buddhist terms are always in negative form, nirvana is also a negative word, its meaning is extinction. In fact, unlike those who believe that nirvana is something similar to heaven, in reality, it is the extinction of suffering and the pain of life. Whoever reaches it does not go to a celestial kingdom but is a person who has overcome suffering on this earth. This is why the Buddha is called the Enlightened One.

Our analysis on the end in general and ours, in particular, is incomplete, but it is because our knowledge on the subject is incomplete and will always remain so. It is this deep unknown space that scares everyone, believers and non-believers alike.

We moderns fill the dying room with confusion, crowd it with doctors, bury it under food, medicine, and injections. Our agitation throws the patient into anxiety and fear and has no way of achieving peace of mind.

He doesn’t know how he is going to die, and we often don’t tell him he’s going to die. He is consigned to doubt and anxiety. In these conditions, he will have no way of experiencing the victory over death, he will not be able to achieve emptiness and extinction without residue at the point of death.

In the Buddhist tradition, extinction without residue means that the person no longer reincarnates because he has overcome karma and death. By overcoming all fear and pain, he no longer needs to go back to suffering in the different forms of life chosen by karma.

Unfortunately, to free ourselves from the suffering generated by impermanence, we must not eliminate this, but our way of thinking that does not make us accept it.

  • Treat brain, how covid-19 hacked our brains

Treat brain indicates the attitude to relax one’s self-control and indulge in some vices. Often to compensate for some momentary emotional shortcomings, to seek distractions from worries, and to pursue a few moments of pleasure.

In the hardest period of the coronavirus pandemic, during the months of prolonged lockdown, an increase in these attitudes has been noted. Away from loved ones, relatives, friends, and from all that widespread sociability, it becomes easier to seek pleasure in what is available such as food, the internet, television, online purchases.

Some have developed habits that seemed unthinkable in normal life, drinking tequila every day, throwing money on the internet, spending hours of their lives watching trash programs.

As a behavioral expert explains, certain things are done because they can be done. For some people, isolation has meant the removal of some social and psychological barriers. Away from the gaze and judgment of friends and colleagues, we let ourselves go a bit.

Treat brain choose to be self-indulgent

All of this must be added to the large amount of free time, which has created far more opportunities to break the rules. To the constant attendance of social platforms, already full of advertisements ready to capture the attention of users, more distracted and frustrated than usual, and above all their money. And the moral justification of the end of the world.

The problem is that the hyperconsumption mode did not turn off when the restrictions were loosened. The vices have remained, the old habits have not returned. Of course, for certain changes, you need time and a good strategy made up of small steps. The will is not enough, it also takes the pleasure of being able to change something about oneself. What counts is knowing how to set small goals and then reach them.

Choosing to be self-indulgent, as happened in the closing months, was no accident. The covid-19 pandemic has sparked new sensations and reflections, sometimes questioning certain ideas about oneself or one’s projects.

For example, some have realized that it is useless to set aside their savings for a house, which they will never actually buy. Others have realized that excessive severity towards oneself does not guarantee an improvement in one’s life, and sometimes even harms it.

If a few months ago it was still possible to think that Stoicism, understood both as a philosophical discipline and as the capacity for self-control, abstinence, and the practice of virtue, would have saved us from the pandemic drift, today it seems that things are the other way around. The right path is to take a lightened vision of things, with less severity on oneself and some tearing of the rules, indeed, some loosening of the rules.

  • Misconceptions about how to make money and get rich

There are misconceptions about money, and reasons why more and more people don’t get rich, including a number of common mistakes. The most important prerequisite for getting rich is taking responsibility for your money.

Most people who come into possession of a lot of money and then lose it all, have placed too much trust in consultants, without having developed their own financial skills. If you don’t know anything about finance, you won’t even be able to judge which consultant is up to the task.

Misconceptions 1 – You get rich by investing in stocks –

This is simply wrong. Take a look at any list of the richest people in the world and you will hardly find someone who has become rich thanks to their investments in stocks. Warren Buffett is often cited as an exception, but he is not a typical equity investor, and even if you take him as an example, he is a very, very rare exception.

On the contrary, many have become rich thanks to the real estate sector, while the vast majority have become rich through entrepreneurial activities. Studies carried out in the United States have also shown that the vast majority of American millionaires have made money as entrepreneurs. Stocks are an excellent investment opportunity – to stay rich, not to become rich.

Misconceptions 2 – It used to be easier to get rich –

It is often argued that the majority of the richest people in the world inherited their fortunes – and that it has become almost impossible to get rich through their own efforts. This is a misconception.

Again, the proof is to be found in Forbes’ annual ranking of the richest people in the world. Most of the people who are in that rank have made money by becoming first-generation entrepreneurs.

Globally, the percentage is likely to be significantly higher. The internet in particular has created a number of self-made billionaires in the hi-tech industry – including Jeff Bezos (Amazon), Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook), Larry Page, and Sergey Brin (Google). There are also some Chinese billionaires who have thrived on the internet, such as Jack Ma (Alibaba).

Misconceptions 3 – I prefer to be poor and healthy rather than rich and sick –

This is another misconception, in fact, scientific studies have shown that rich people are also the healthiest and live longer than poor people (obvious it seems to me). If you think that having more money is bad for your health, you are subconsciously giving up future wealth.

Another belief that prevents getting rich is the illusion of – zero-sum – the rich thrive at the expense of the poor. This too is absolute nonsense. The number of the rich has steadily increased over the past twenty years, while the number of the poor in the world has fallen by a billion. According to the zero-sum theory, this could not have happened.

Misconception 4 – If I want to get rich, I need to know how to do it first

Most people believe that if you want to get rich, you must first have a clear idea of how to achieve your goal. This is wrong. It is much more important to know why you want to get rich, and not to know how to get rich.

Most people say they want to have more money, but that’s not enough to get rich. If you want to get rich, you need a strong motivation that will guide you for years or even decades. For this reason why is much more important than how.

You need a reason to make you rich. Incidentally, most wealthy people don’t want to have a lot of money to afford to buy expensive watches, villas, and cars (although this can be nice too). No, what they want above all is economic freedom and independence. And what they mean by independence is this, true economic freedom.

No longer having the need to work
Decide for yourself whether to work
    Where to work
    What to do
    When to work
How and with whom to work.

  • Money is your right to live a life of abundance

Money is needed to be rich is your right, you were born to live a life of abundance and be happy, radiant, and free. You should therefore have all the money you need to lead a full, happy and prosperous life. There is no virtue in poverty, it is a disease of the mind and should be abolished from the face of the earth.

You are here to grow, expand and open up spiritually, mentally, and materially. You have the inalienable right to fully develop and express yourself in all contexts. You should surround yourself with beauty and luxury. Why be satisfied with just enough to survive when you can enjoy the riches of the Infinite.

Learn to make friends with money

Your desire to be rich is the desire for a fuller, happier, more wonderful life. It is a cosmic impulse, it is something positive, very positive. Begin to see money in its true meaning. Money means freedom from need, beauty, luxury, abundance, and sophistication.

I believe that most people are not adequately compensated. One of the reasons why many people no longer have money is that they silently or openly condemn it. They refer to money as the dung of the devil or by saying the love of money is the root of all evil etc.

Another reason they don’t thrive is that they subtly, subconsciously believe that there is some virtue in poverty. This subconscious pattern may be due to early childhood training, superstition, or it may be based on a false interpretation of the Holy Scriptures.

There is no virtue in poverty, it is a disease like any other disease of the mind. If you were physically ill, you would think there is something wrong with you, seek help or do something right away to address the problem. Likewise, if you don’t have constantly circulating cash in your life, there is something radically wrong with you.

    Money is just a symbol

It has taken many forms as a medium of exchange through the centuries, such as salt, beads, and pendants of various kinds. In ancient times, man’s wealth was determined by the number of sheep or oxen he owned. It is much more convenient to write a check than to take a few sheep with you to pay the bills. Life does not want you to live in a hovel or to be hungry. Life wants you to be happy, prosperous, and successful.

  • Acceptance and forgiveness are angelic qualities

Acceptance, forgiveness, and harmlessness are important angelic qualities and fundamental parts of unconditional love. As all human beings experience these feelings and make them their own, trust and harmony will spread throughout the world.

Acceptance means welcoming others as they are, without judgments and expectations. Acceptance makes everyone free to be themselves. When we feel accepted, the qualities of our soul blossom like a beautiful flower.

The path for the development of angelic qualities, after acceptance, provides for forgiveness. Only when we sincerely forgive ourselves and others can we experience unconditional love. To practice forgiveness, it helps to understand that no one can do anything about it without our consent.

Forgiveness sets us free and heals us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It is an act of love first of all towards ourselves and then towards others. It allows our spirit to be lighter so that we can see things from a different perspective. You can ask the archangel Zadkiel to help you forgive.

Another very important angelic quality for living in peace is harmlessness. When our soul is completely at peace, we are harmless and we radiate this quality around us. In doing so, every person or creature we meet feels safe with us. No one can enter our soul with negativity if we don’t allow it with our fear or lack of confidence.

Animals are able to read people’s souls and are excellent indicators of their harmlessness. Birds and animals surrounded St. Francis of Assisi because he emanated harmlessness and they knew they were safe. You can ask the archangel Gabriel to help you to be truly harmless and to spread this angelic quality.

Acceptance, forgiveness, and harmlessness are fundamental angelic qualities for being able to live in peace. Peace attracts peace and living in harmony attracts love.

  • Bless those who have hurt you and forgive

Bless those who have hurt you, in order to bless someone, it is necessary to have a sincere soul. Your blessing has a very strong energy impact on the recipient. Whenever you sincerely wish someone well, your soul expands, and a golden light flows from you to the other person. This golden light is very powerful, it covers and dissolves everything inside the other person and frees them.

When you sincerely and generously bless someone who has hurt you, something extraordinary happens. The golden light dissolves your pain and at the same time unties the knots in the other person’s heart.

Bless and forgive those who have hurt you

Blessing is one of the greatest gifts you can give and receive. In order for the blessing to really work, you must first of all have the intention to forgive. Afterward, ask the archangel Chamuel and the archangel Gabriel to make your blessings totally sincere.

If someone harms you financially, wish them prosperity, imagine a flow of money going towards them and bless them. Archangel Michael will ensure that the money you have lost will be returned to you and multiplied.

If someone damages your property, your job, your reputation, try to understand the root cause within them. Afterward, bless him with love, self-esteem, abundance, or whatever else you think can give him soul happiness.

Then visualize him as he gets what he needs. Do everything with passion and keep visualizing until you feel that he has accepted your blessings. You too will benefit from all of this, you will feel better and your light will be brighter.

When you are ready to bless someone who has hurt you or your loved ones, you have managed to overcome the reasons of the ego. He who has hurt you will feel your mercy and his soul will be illuminated by unconditional love. A jet of love will reach his heart, while you will feel a great sense of peace.

The blessing allows you to transmit love and grace to the world. So bless your enemies, the sick, the poor, the animals, the plants, the leaders of the world and remember that blessing is the way to peace on Earth.

Prayer for those who have hurt us

Wash my enemies, oh Lord Jesus, in Your Most Precious Blood and continually send on them Your Holy Blessing and the blessing of Mary Immaculate united with those of all the angels and all the Saints. I too join in these blessings and bless me and them in the Name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

    Amen.
