  • Breath is the nourishment of the body and soul

Breath is the nourishment of the body and soul, we inhale and exhale millions of times over the course of our life. These are two actions necessary to survive, which we do automatically. We are not used to paying proper attention to our breath, although we should learn to do so.

Learning to follow your breath is a major goal of any yoga class or meditation practice. If we pay proper attention to our breathing, we can use it throughout the day to stay calm and relaxed.

Thanks to the breathing that nourishes us and keeps us alive, we can intimately connect with our higher self, and at the same time, we can unite with God and all living creatures. All living beings breathe life and every breath of air connects us with all the creatures that live on our planet.

    Learn to control your breath

Below I propose a simple exercise, to be done for five minutes in the morning and in the evening, to start and end the day in peace and serenity. The purpose of the exercise is to learn to control your breathing. The more you do it, the more you will learn to control and observe how your breath expands within you, circulating within your body and reaching every single cell.

Lie down, close your eyes and breathe very slowly and deeply. As you breathe in, you breathe in love, life, joy, peace. Feel how these feelings reach every part of your body, every single cell, nourishing them like lifeblood. It is as if with each breath of yours, a beautiful white light enters your body purifying it.

Breathing out, let go of anxiety, fear, anger, and sadness. Observe how all worries, all darkness, all uncertainties leave your body, leaving only light and love in their place. If you want, you can imagine being near the sea, in the open countryside or in any other place that can give you peace and serenity.

Being able to repeat the exercise several times a day, for example when you feel the need to relax. It is also a great exercise to do when you wish to communicate with angels, as it allows you to calm your mind. With the passage of time and the right training, you will be able to control your breathing more and more and you will achieve peace and quiet within minutes.

  • The Spirit of Love and Light is Omnipresent

The spirit of love and light is omnipresent and includes all of nature, this happens because God is everywhere. This spirit takes different forms in people, animals, plants, and natural elements. Trees have always been associated with spirituality, divination, and healing. In ancient times, Celtic druids were known as tree experts. It is said that from the trees, the druids had learned much of the information in their possession.

Socrates also argued that the oak was a kind of oracle capable of predicting the future and revealing important information. It is not only the oaks that are considered sacred trees. Other trees considered sacred and divine symbols are the willow, pine, olive, and laurel.

The active ingredients of aspirin were extracted from the bark of the white willow. Joseph of Arimathea walked with the help of a stick made from a branch of sacred hawthorn. Pine trees produce an oil which is a natural ointment used to relieve pain.

All these examples must make us understand the importance of trees and lead us to have respect for these creatures of God. The spirits of trees live within each plant, just like the soul lives in the body of us human beings.

It will have happened to you at least once in your life, to glimpse a face in the knots of the trees or in the streaks of the bark. If you pause to look at the trees with an open heart and mind, you will be able to see how the trunks of old oaks or pines look like old gentlemen. These are the faces of the tree spirits.

Just like people, tree spirits also have personalities. It is possible to build a real relationship and a relationship based on trust with these beings. Probably the most important thing these spirits teach us is to deepen the bond with nature and to respect it.

Just like any tree, plants also have a spirit. We must learn to respect the spiritual essence of plants. A good habit is to talk to plants. Plants hear our words and are able to appreciate sincere compliments and loving care. This explains why people who talk to their flowers have lush gardens and balconies.

God manifests his spirit, the spirit of love and light, through all the creatures around us. To connect with these spirits it is necessary to have an empathic heart and an open mind. We respect these creatures, establish a connection with them and learn to live in communion with nature.

  • Sefirot the ten basic principles of life

Sefirot correspond to important metaphysical concepts, to real levels within the divinity. Furthermore, they are also associated with the practical and emotional situations that each of us goes through in daily life. There are ten basic principles, recognizable in the disordered and complex multiplicity of human life, capable of unifying it and giving it meaning and fullness.

They are connected by twenty-two channels, three horizontal – seven vertical and twelve diagonals. Each channel corresponds to one of the twenty-two letters of the Hebrew Alef-Bet.

The Tree of Life is the program according to which creation took place and is the descent path along which souls and creatures have reached their current form. It is also the path of ascent, through which the whole of creation can return to the goal for which everything yearns. It is also Jacob’s ladder (Genesis 28).

Along with it the angels and the multiple forms of awareness that animate creation, go up and down continuously. The awareness of human beings also rises and falls along with it. Through the Tree of Life, we get the energetic nourishment present in the divine light fields surrounding creation.

This nourishment flows and descends along with the series of channels of the sefirot, thinning and dividing, until it reaches the creatures, who need it to sustain themselves in life. Finally, along the Tree of Life, the prayers and thoughts of those who seek God and who wish to explore ever vaster and more perfect realms of Being rise.

Sefirot the ten powers of the soul

Keter (crown) – Keter is Divine Will and the source of all joy and pleasure. Keter contains all the powers that activate the soul.

Chochmah (wisdom) – Chochmah is an intuitive understanding and intuitive knowledge. It is also what distinguishes and creates.

Geburah (strength) – Gevurah is moderation and concentration. It is the withdrawal of forces towards the interior and the energy source of hatred, fear, terror, justice,

moderation, and control. The biblical personality associated with Gevurah is Isaac.

  • Recrimination is a manifestation of helplessness

Recrimination is a manifestation of helplessness as if we communicate to live that we are unable to do something and then complain about the negative outcome. Mankind is a champion of recrimination and is unable to realize how much this attitude represents a row against oneself.

    Recrimination and Positive Thinking

Positive thinking positively nourishes our conscience, shaping it and forging it in such a way that it can grasp the beauty of life present in every moment. And to make this happen, we need to create the right conditions, always starting from the moment we are living.

The best is yet to come because we are destined to be fine. And even if it cannot be demonstrated, I do not perceive any other modality than this. I can’t be completely sure as my human nature doesn’t allow me to. But the experience so far has given me a direction that allows me to understand the point of arrival having always clearer the starting point.

When I say that the best is yet to come, I imagine disorientation in the faces of the listener. As if they were displaced in their way of seeing things, given their habit of conversing in the negative. However, the positive effects do not take long to manifest themselves, since this resonates deeply, making a little more trust emerge in others.

Let’s not expect great things, maybe they will also come and magically solve all our troubles. But in anticipation of this, no more recriminations and instead we begin to build bridges. Because life is a canvas, and where this canvas is interrupted there is sickness and malaise, it is, therefore, worth reversing the course.

To make this happen we need to cultivate what unites no ifs and buts, these are the bridges I am talking about. Bridges that are able to make us see further, making us perceive that the best is yet to come, but above all to become aware of it.

It costs nothing to say that the best is yet to come, leaving aside all the fears that trigger vicious circles from which one does not come out with pessimism. I understand that attachment to the negative can be difficult to abandon, but the possibilities that a consciousness oriented towards beauty can give are endless.

To change is tiring, but it is even more difficult to persevere in the crystallization of what, only in appearance, cannot change. So let’s get busy there is a world to discover. And if we are supported by a little trust it will be a beautiful journey, because energy follows thought, if anyone ever forgot it.

  • Ignorance is a swamp where evil has its roots

Ignorance is the fundamental pain that generates the spasms of our conscience. It narrows, limits, and impoverishes our vision rather than expanding and illuminating our awareness. Pain depends on an incorrect emotional polarization and an imbalance between opposites. One suffers from partiality not from integrity, from separation, and not from the union.

The inner self pays a very high cost for this, a core of light and knowledge, a prisoner of an obscuring and imperfect body of manifestation. It is always the friction between Soul and Personality, which united in time and space, resist each other, generating pain. And involving the past, present, and future in the effects of their relationship.

In fact, today’s pain can be a consequence of remote events, a healthy medicine to correct old mistakes. But it can also be triggered by current fears and by the fear of the unknown, of what the future may hold for us. And here ignorance plays the role of a role as torturer because if we knew Life better, we would understand that there is nothing to fear. And that the resources necessary to face what is in our history will never fail.

If it is inevitable to dispose of the mistakes of the past, however, we can avoid future pain with an appropriate transformation of our inclinations, avoiding reproducing causes of painful effects again. It means that if we can understand something more about ourselves, we can correct our behaviors and give a new direction to our energies. By choosing to walk the path of health and good.

There are events that are difficult to accept and it seems impossible to connect certain pains to our current behaviors. Yet, if we continue to question ourselves, sooner or later we will find the question capable of showing us the common thread and helping us understand the meaning.

Ignorance is a big illusion that makes us believe we are what we are not. Ignorance falsifies, it deludes us that we belong to the densest regions of creation. It leads us to identify with the forms placed there and for this reason, it generates pain in us.

It is true, however, that we have a necessary form to change ignorance into knowledge. And it is thanks to this that the life that animates us slowly becomes aware of itself and the surrounding environment. Finding Herself after long wanderings in the worlds of Matter.

It takes patience, you have to stay a long time in the classroom of Ignorance. Then we need to continue in the Teaching classroom to learn through many tests that we are part of a whole that we need to become aware of. Thus we understand what the method of relieving pain is.

Finally, in the classroom of Wisdom, we see what role we play in the general whole. And the ignorance that binds us to the wheel of rebirth and prevents us from using the true powers of the Soul is overcome. From the classroom of Wisdom, we come out aware of our divinity.

As we become aware of the deception of false identification, ignorance gradually disappears, stops creating ghosts, and is replaced by knowledge. It is true that suffering is the method of learning and purification on this planet. But only because our consciousness has not grown enough yet, because we are still too ignorant.

If there was more knowledge, the evil of ignorance would lose its strength, and without evil, there would be no pain but only compassion and healing.

  • Affliction most life-threatening poison

Affliction is the most harmful poison for life, affliction is my life partner and I have always fought with it as if it were a dragon. We spend a lot of time complaining about life and what it doesn’t give us. Then one day you have all the time you want, you can carry out your projects, create your dreams, and instead you freeze as if struck by a poison, your affliction.

The affliction is subtle and often unclear to those affected by it

Someone defines it, as a set of qualities, and divides it into
    Ignorance
    Illusion
    Attachment
    Repulsion
Attachment to life and strong fear of death.

Psychologically these disordered and misdirected qualities create anxiety, fears, and phobias, up to the point of generating real pathologies. The main problem of the human being is ignorance, that is, the lack of metaphysical knowledge.

Our rational mind makes us believe that everything that exists is limited to our little world. To the needs of our ego and the greedy needs of the personality, to which the illusion is connected and nourished.

If we are immersed in the needs of the personality, we delude ourselves that we are just our physical body, a mixture of emotions and a tangle of neurons. Nothing more harmful and poisonous to our health. The more we feel part of a whole, the more our compassion grows, empathy unites and the heart opens without fear.

If the heart opens, calm, strong, and radiant, we are not overwhelmed by attachments, possession, passion, and attraction that do not undermine our sense of identity. While if we want to be loved at all costs by everyone, if our serenity is someone else’s responsibility, we will always be unhappy.

The same thing is true, although obviously in the opposite way, for the energy of repulsion, if we are centered, we love and include, we do not feel repulsion.

Finally, we all have a great fear of death and what comes next. But this too is a limitation, a need of the rational mind to control life and keep it to itself.

Everything in the phenomenal world is relative and everything is impermanent, so why bother?
They are forces, and these forces together are strong, they create affliction, a state of stillness that produces rot in our lives.

However, we can impress our desire to live and serve, as equal and opposite energy to this corrosive stasis. We can create for ourselves a new antidote to the poison of affliction at any time and consciously create something useful for us and those around us.

    Overcoming Affliction Prayer

Holy Virgin, the comfort of the afflicted and mother of consolation,
to you, we cry from the depths of our tribulations.
Have pity on us poor unhappy people who ask you for it.

O Mary, this is the time to show, how right the name is,
with which we invoke our mother.

Did you forget those last words of your Jesus from the Cross,
that dying voice, those extreme sighs,
with whom did he hand us over to you as children?

O dear Mother hears the groan of us poor sinners yes,
but your children. If you do not console us,
who can we ask for help?

You must therefore speak of us to your Jesus with that love
    that always wins it.
In your womb, we lay our tears
we await our consolation from you
and even when we knew that you denied it to us,

we will still remain at your feet screaming
Mother, console us, that we are your children.

  • Children are fully aware of the presence of angels

Children and angels are intimately connected with each other, babies are fully aware of the presence of angels. In fact, if you look closely at them, you will notice how they scrutinize their parents and how they focus on watching the lights dance around them. Sometimes babies laugh for no apparent reason, I like to think that what makes them laugh are their angels who accompany them to earth and play with them.

Children and angels often play together, in fact, the imaginary friends with whom many children play and talk, are nothing but angels. Babies are truly spiritual teachers because they have pure hearts and souls and are open to new experiences. This allows them to easily get in touch with the angels, Joan of Arc and Saint Bernadette of Lourdes is examples.

We parents have a specific obligation towards children, that of not being skeptical of their stories. It can also be useful to talk about angels and to do this you can use various methods such as.

    • Read with them a book about angels, dwell on the images that are there and ask them what they think about angels, letting them express themselves freely
    • Draw pictures of angels with the children and talk about heavenly messengers and the stories they tell of angels and humans
    • Watch a broadcast or movie about angels and ask them how they felt
    • Listen to a song about angels, analyze the words with them or represent the lyrics of the song with a drawing.

It is very important to be open to listening and express your feelings and ideas without hesitation, so that can also express their opinions, feeling free to ask questions.

Talk to the children about Michael the Archangel

Archangel Michael can help children not to be afraid so it is useful to explain to the little ones the greatness and power of this magnificent archangel. You can talk about the archangel Michael by showing the children a picture of him, and explain to them that to get help from him, they just need to say or think his name, draw a picture of him, or look at a picture of him.

Archangel Michael has unlimited power and can help all the children of the world. Usually when children invoke the archangel Michael they cease to be afraid, therefore, do not hesitate to tell your children about Michael, perhaps appealing to your religious traditions. Archangel Michael will be very happy to help all the children who ask for his intervention.

  • Indifference, disconcerting and harmful attitude

Indifference manifests itself when one person treats another as if it did not exist, ignoring it or limiting the conversation to simple answers. Indifference causes strong mental tension. If we do not know what the other person thinks, if we cannot – read it – our mind will still make the effort to decipher it through the scarce information available. In the medium and long term, this attitude causes anxiety, the search for new responses, and stress, which results in mental tension.

    Indifference Generates Confusion

It breaks an elementary mechanism of human consciousness, the process of action and reaction. Whenever we behave in a certain way, we expect the other person to act accordingly. If the reaction is not what you expect, understanding its total absence is even more difficult. Communication becomes impossible and the attempt to interact becomes forced and exhausting.

Indifference gives rise to low self-esteem

By not receiving any kind of response from this person, any indication we might draw from it is eliminated. During the stages of personality formation, this can seriously affect the image we have of ourselves. There is the possibility that that person who receives indifference will come to believe that it is not worth interacting with her, generating strong insecurity.

How to react if someone treats you with indifference

Even if no one is obliged to pay attention to you, we always aspire to establish a relationship of constant interaction with our loved ones – family, friends, and partners. If you receive indifference from someone important to you, try to let them know.

Try to explain the situation to him from an objective point of view, even by appealing to your feelings. It will be necessary to describe how his attitude makes you feel, asking him to think about it.

There will be people who simply cannot abandon this indifferent way of treating others. If it is someone you care very much about, you will have to make an effort to seek interaction. It is important that you do it gradually, otherwise, you run the risk of generating a rebound effect, increasing his indifference towards you. It is highly likely that such people underwent such treatment during their childhood or adolescence.

If the above has not brought you results and you feel that you are beginning to suffer the deleterious effects of indifference, the healthiest thing to do will be to get away from those people. If you feel that the harmful consequences are already taking place within you.

It becomes urgent to give up a close relationship with such people, looking for others for whom you are important. Approach groups in which you are listened to and your way of being is valued. Breaking a relationship of indifference will give you a new view of the world and enhance your development.

  • Perseverance is the virtue of the tenacious

Perseverance should not be confused with stubbornness or obstinacy, these in fact feed on pride and exhibitionism. Perseverance is the other face of responsibility, which characterizes the journey of that intent on keeping the commitments made.

The persevering person with his lifestyle shows that there are projects and goals for which it is worth spending all the time. And that to achieve these goals, one must be willing to overcome the temptation that is always lurking, to back off.

Perseverance demands the abandonment of the zapping syndrome, the result of the quick and hasty conception of time. On the contrary, it cultivates the motivations that initially pushed to get involved. I agree with Friedrich Nietzsche, for whom – Who has a reason to live, can endure almost anything.

The word perseverance refers to the idea of persisting with tenacity, of lasting despite efforts and setbacks. Particularly illuminating are the indications contained in the biblical account which has Job as its protagonist. Known for his proverbial patience, the biblical patriarch shows in every moment of his tormented story, perseverance and fidelity towards God.

Perseverance is not a foregone and peaceful submission to the adversities of life. Instead, it experiences moments of rebellion, protest, lamentation, and real quarrel, during which Job comes to accuse God of being a tormentor who spies on his victim to harm her (cf. Job 7: 17-20).

The real great inner enemy of perseverance takes on the role of laziness, lack of conviction, and the loss of zest for living from time to time. An ally instead of perseverance is resilience, which is both the ability to react in the face of the inevitable shocks of adverse situations and the drive to get back on the road.

Everyone can nurture dreams and expectations, but the only way to show that you believe in them is to pursue them with perseverance, stabilizing easy enthusiasms with rationality, and spending oneself on them with passion and in a responsible manner.

  • The Beatitudes are the heart of Jesus’ message

The beatitudes are understood only starting from Christ because they speak of him, reveal his face, his lifestyle. Through the Beatitudes Christ tells us who he is, tells us what he has to say and to offer to the world. The nine beatitudes are nine features of the face of Jesus. In them he tells of his life, he tells of the new heart dreamed of by the prophets, he says that he is the poor, the meek, the peaceful, the hungry for justice.

it is He who has eyes so pure and limpid as to see traces of God everywhere and signs of goodness inside every sinner. And when Christ is risen, He has become the Consulate who knows how to console every person who suffers and feels the weight of life.

The Beatitudes are not just a synthetic autobiography of Christ

But they constitute the heart of Jesus’ message, the Magna Carta of the Kingdom announced by him. It is a message that the Lord addresses to his disciples and all men without distinction and in which he reveals to us that his heart and his cares are addressed in particular to the humble and poor in spirit (Matthew 5.2).

That is to those who experience their helplessness and have learned to expect everything from God. Like the prophets of the Old Testament, these poor in spirit and humble live righteously and obey the law of God. And because their relationships with God and with the brothers are marked by justice and its absolute needs, are persecuted (Matthew 5.10-11).

Although persecuted, Jesus declares them blessed. The reason for the beatitude is not the current situation, but the new condition that the blessed receive as a gift from God. Because theirs is the kingdom of heaven because they will be comforted because they will inherit the earth, and so on.

Jesus uses the passive future to indicate that the beatitudes are the way to achieve joy. Because in order to give himself to us, God often chooses unthinkable paths, perhaps those of our limits, of our tears, of our defeats.

Christ says Blessed are you – Who are these you? They are the ones who accepted the word of the Lord and became his disciples. With the Beatitudes, the Lord tells us that man is greater than the things he possesses.

Going after him means trusting him, accepting our condition as creatures, recognizing that we are fragile. And that we need to entrust ourselves not to material goods and our abilities, but to a greater mystery, to the mystery of the Lord’s goodness.

The Beatitudes force us to ask ourselves – What is the meaning of our life?

    Where is he going?
What is really important and what is less important?
By giving us the Beatitudes, the Lord tells us that we must learn to look beyond and allow ourselves to be questioned. The nine Beatitudes also describe the features of the man’s face free from deception and violence.

Of the man who opened himself to friendship with God, to the forgiveness of sins, who rejected the injustice of the world in order to choose God’s justice.

We are happy to listen to them because they are good news. It is the announcement of the love of God, in Christ for all men. A reality that in its fullness will be realized beyond time. But it is already in progress, indeed it belongs to those who have welcomed Christ.

It is a courageous, provocative message. It goes against the tide of simply human logic. Anticipate the scandal and the madness of the cross. It is a message that only in Christ has its justification and only from him receives a value. The Beatitudes start from Christ and lead to Him.
